1, 2, 3, It’s a Go
It’s been a while since we updated the journal.
Busy Bee Times indeed, as we mentioned in the last post already a few months ago. Then we also shared, that we identified that we wanted 1 – 4 additional founding members or companies to complete our ecosystem go-to-market requirements and positioning we wanted to have.
And now we are here with four new founding member companies signed and ready…..
That means…
It’s a go go go go time to the market. 🚀
Lot of things are on the table as we start to scale the operation to be market ready:
Finalising the cooperative agreements with lawyers,
Finalising the PR plan with PR professionals (we are starting to be blind to our own proposition - that always happens),
Recruiting some help for coordinating go-to-market activities (thankfully we have help for this inside the ecosystem),
Putting some much needed specs and information to this website,
Prioritising sales and marketing activities,
Looking for scale advantages and savings possibilities
And much, much more.
Lots of things to do, the summer vacation ahead.
